SOUTH KOREA English resume required / CV en anglais obligatoire Riding horse trainer The trainer will be responsible for the following duties: - Participate in making a plan and implementation of retired racehorse retraining an preparation of performance teste and auction - Lead field work related to stable management and training - Provide weekly training report - Provide a final report about horse training and performance test (over pages) - Prepare performance test (young horse, retired horse) - Provide education related to young horse training and performance test - Perform other duties as required English is working language. For this position, fluency in English (oral and written) is required. Must have a minimum 10 years of riding horse training or professional rider experience in EU and have related qualifications. Terms & Benefits - At the end of the year, it is possible to decide wether to re-sign contracts according to businesse conditions and work performance evaluation. - Will be offered a monthly pre-tax salary of 5.900.000 KRW - Will be provided a furnished employee accomadation in Jang-su stud farm. - Will be provided a rental car shared shared with another foreigner trainers for the employement period. The employee is responsible for paying maintenance fees and fuel expenses - Will be provided a total of two economy class round-trip flight tickets between country of origin and Korea to be used by THE EMPLOYEE. Flight tickets for THE EMPLOYEE's commencement of employment and subsequent rapatriation at the expiry or termination of employment are inclusive - Will be provided 1 days of paid leave when working for one month - Will be provided 50% pf the employee's medical insurance premium pursuant to the National Medical Insurance Act of Korea. - If the employee enters Korea and is subject to treatment, hospitalization and quarantine measures by the Korean government (according to INFECTION DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT) before the commencement date of employement, in response to the COVID-19, that period shall no be included in the employment period and an annual salary is calculated from the commencement date of actual works at Jang-su stud farm. - If the employee is quarantined by the korean government (according to INFECTION DESEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT) before the commencement date of actual work at Jang-su stud farm, in response to the COVID-19, upon entering the country for work at designated. The costs incurred by the facility and billed to the employee will be provided by KRA. - If the employee tests are positive and the COVID-19 diagnosis is confirmed, incurred medical expenses shall be the responsability of by THE EMPLOYEE - KRA may terminate this employment under the following circumstances - If THE EMPLOYEE entry is prohibited by the Korean government, or delayed more than one month due to reasons such as the COVID 19. - If THE EMPLOYEE's visa insurance is restricted, or THE EMPLOYEE's entry is delayed for more than one month, for reasons such as the COVID 19. - If THE EMPLOYEE's COVID 19 diagnosis is confirmed in his home country after the signing of this contract or the commencement date of employement is delayed for more than one month due to reasons such as the COVID 19.
